The Channel Tunnel is only 45 minutes with Dover and Ferries to France approximately 60 minutes away. Other nearby towns include: Hastings (20 minutes) and Ashford (30 minutes). Parking is approximately 100m from the guest house.

Aviemore Guest House is a quality bed and breakfast and stands as a as an affordable accomodation option to a hotel, for anyone visiting Rye, Hastings, Sussex or Kent. Aviemore has 8 appointed bedrooms of which four have en-suite facilities and the other four are standard rooms. All rooms have central heating, TV and complimentary beverage tray consisting of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Ironing board and iron are available on request.
